LCSW Supervision

I am a board approved LCSW supervisor offering individual supervision sessions for masters level social workers accruing their clinical hours. The supervisor’s responsibility is to ensure that the supervisee provides competent, appropriate, and ethical services to the client. The supervisor facilitates a learning process that supports supervisees to critically reflect on their practice, identify ways to enhance their positive impact for service users (including through the application of research findings and theoretical perspectives) and work through ethical/practice issues or dilemmas.
